WHAT DO I NEED?

Our services are delivered online, so all you need is a computer, an internet connection, and a web browser.

You don’t need to install any special apps or add-ons.

We recommend a desktop, laptop, or tablet computer. While a smartphone will work, the limited screen size might make things harder.

We recommend a broadband (copper or fibre) or fast cellular (3G or better) internet connection.

Just make sure the connection you are using is stable with no connection losses or dropouts, e.g. not in a moving vehicle.

You are definitely good to go if you can watch streamed video like Netflix or YouTube with minimal buffering pauses.

We recommend you use the latest versions of the Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or Apple Safari browser.

Make sure cookies and JavaScript are enabled in your browser. If cookies aren’t enabled, you’ll need to accept them when you start.

As long as you meet the requirements listed above you should have no problems with our assessment or online training.
